We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Planner Scheduler to join our manufacturing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and managing production schedules, coordinating with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products, and optimizing production processes to meet quality and efficiency standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize resource allocation.
- Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of products.
- Monitor inventory levels and identify areas for improvement in production processes.
- Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new strategies and initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and environmental requirements.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in production planning and scheduling in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced knowledge of production planning software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
