Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly experienced Senior Planner Scheduler to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare planning and scheduling, with a focus on optimizing resources and ensuring efficient operations within the healthcare facility.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive schedules for medical staff, equipment, and facilities
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operation and timely delivery of services
- Monitor and analyze workload data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with management to implement changes and updates to scheduling processes
- Provide regular reports and updates on scheduling performance and key metrics
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in healthcare scheduling

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare planning and scheduling
- Strong knowledge of scheduling software and systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
