We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Policy Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail policy development and implementation, as well as a deep understanding of the regulatory environment in the UAE.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement retail policy initiatives to support the growth and sustainability of the retail sector in Abu Dhabi
- Conduct research and analysis on key policy issues affecting the retail industry
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather input and feedback on policy proposals
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of existing retail policies and recommend improvements as needed
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in retail policy development
- Represent the organization at meetings, conferences, and other events related to retail policy

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in public policy, economics, or a related field
