We are seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Senior Policy Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Senior Policy Officer in the pharmaceutical sector, you will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and strategies to ensure compliance with local and international regulations, as well as promoting best practices within the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting research and analysis on relevant policies, regulations, and industry trends in the pharmaceutical sector
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and international regulations
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to advocate for policies that support the growth and development of the pharmaceutical industry
- Monitoring and evaluating the impact of policies and regulations on the industry and proposing adjustments as needed
- Providing expert advice and guidance on policy matters to senior management and other relevant stakeholders
- Representing the organization in policy discussions, meetings, and conferences with government officials, industry associations, and other stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Public Policy, Health Economics, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in policy development and advocacy, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong understanding of local and international regulations related to the pharmaceutical sector
- Excellent analytical and research skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
