We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Engineer to join our manufacturing team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and production of our products, ensuring they meet quality standards, are cost-effective, and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the product development process from concept to production, working closely with cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, and quality assurance.
- Develop and implement product design and manufacturing strategies to meet project goals and timelines.
- Conduct product testing and analysis to ensure quality standards are met.
- Identify and resolve any technical issues that arise during the product development process.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source materials and components for production.
- Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
