We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Product Engineer to join our dynamic team in Sharjah, specializing in the retail sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product engineering, with a keen understanding of consumer needs and market trends. Key Responsibilities:

- Product Development: Lead the design, development, and engineering of new retail products from concept to launch. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and supply chain to ensure product alignment with business objectives.

- Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support throughout the product lifecycle, including prototyping, testing, and validation. Utilize engineering principles to assess product feasibility and performance.

- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify consumer trends and product opportunities. Translate insights into actionable product specifications and enhancements.

- Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain quality standards for products, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices. Implement testing protocols to guarantee product reliability and durability.

- Collaboration: Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure product quality and cost-effectiveness. Foster strong relationships with external partners to facilitate smooth product development processes.

- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of products within budget. Utilize project management tools to track progress, communicate updates, and address challenges.

- Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members, promoting knowledge sharing and professional growth within the team.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Product Design, or related field).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product engineering, preferably within the retail industry.
- Proven track record of successfully launching retail products from concept to market.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and materials used in retail product development.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
