We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Engineer to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. As a Senior Product Engineer in the Aerospace and Defense industry, you will be responsible for leading and managing the development of new products and systems, as well as improving existing products to meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the product development process from concept to production, ensuring all requirements and specifications are met
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure successful product development
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new product ideas
- Develop and maintain product documentation, including specifications, drawings, and test plans
- Identify opportunities for product improvement and cost reduction
- Support the sales and marketing teams by providing technical expertise and product knowledge
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, technologies, and regulations related to Aerospace and Defense products

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- [Random number] years of experience in product engineering, preferably in the Aerospace and Defense industry
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CAD software and product lifecycle management tools
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations, such as AS9100 and ITAR
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

- Strong leadership and project management skills
