We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Senior Service Manager to join our Real Estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management and customer service, with a proven track record of successfully managing a team and exceeding client expectations.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the service department, ensuring that all services are delivered in a timely and efficient manner
- Manage a team of service technicians and coordinators, providing leadership, guidance, and support as needed
- Develop and implement service policies and procedures to ensure consistency and quality of service delivery
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor service performance metrics and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance overall service quality
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities for professional development and growth

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in property management or real estate services
- Proven leadership experience, with a track record of successfully managing a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and strategically
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software
