We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Service Manager to join our Transportation and Logistics team in Dubai. As a Senior Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the delivery of high-quality services to our clients within the transportation and logistics sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement service strategies to meet the needs and expectations of clients in the transportation and logistics industry
- Manage a team of service professionals and ensure they are trained and equipped to deliver exceptional service
- Monitor service performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance service quality and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for service enhancements and drive continuous improvement
- Handle escalations and resolve service issues in a timely and effective manner
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure our services remain competitive and innovative

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a service management role within the transportation and logistics industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing service operations and driving customer satisfaction
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
