We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Service Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the service operations within the Aerospace and Defense industry, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of service technicians and engineers to ensure timely and effective delivery of services
- Develop and implement service strategies to meet customer needs and maximize operational performance
- Monitor and analyze service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the Aerospace and Defense sector
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of service operations with other departments
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to drive continuous improvement in service delivery

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in service management, preferably in the Aerospace and Defense industry
- Proven track record of successfully leading service teams and delivering results
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office and service management software
