Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Executive to join our dynamic team in the energy sector based in Sharjah, UAE. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the energy industry, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving operational excellence and strategic initiatives. This role is critical in helping us achieve our mission of sustainable energy solutions and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Develop and implement strategic plans that align with the company's goals and objectives in the energy sector.
- Collaborate with senior management to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
- Monitor industry developments and recommend strategies to enhance competitiveness.

2. Operational Management:
- Oversee daily operations within the energy division, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Implement best practices in operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Manage resource allocation and project timelines to ensure successful execution of energy projects.

3. Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of professionals within the energy sector, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Encourage collaboration across departments to achieve common objectives.

4. Client and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners in the energy sector.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders, outlining project progress and strategic initiatives.

5. Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations related to energy production and distribution.
- Identify potential risks in projects and develop mitigation strategies.
- Stay informed about changes in regulations and industry standards, ensuring the company adapts accordingly.

6. Financial Management:
- Develop and manage budgets for projects and operational activities within the energy division.

- Report on financial performance to senior management and recommend corrective actions as needed.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years and up to 8 years of relevant experience in the energy sector, with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
- Strong understanding of energy market dynamics and regulations.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
