We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support a senior executive in the Consumer Goods industry in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and possess the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Screen and respond to phone calls, emails, and other correspondence on behalf of the executive
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Coordinate and organize meetings, events, and conferences
- Assist with personal tasks, errands, and other ad-hoc requests
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Perform general administrative tasks to support the executive as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- [Random number] years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- UAE residency and valid driver's license
