We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Knowledge Manager to join our Real Estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the management and organization of knowledge within the organization to enhance business processes and operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement knowledge management strategies to improve business efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead the creation, organization, and maintenance of knowledge repositories, databases, and systems.
- Collaborate with various departments to identify knowledge gaps and develop solutions to address them.
- Monitor and analyze industry trends, market data, and competitor information to provide valuable insights to the team.
- Train and mentor junior knowledge management staff to ensure best practices are followed.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to gather valuable knowledge and insights.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
