We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Planner Scheduler to join our Agriculture team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agricultural planning and scheduling, as well as experience in project management and resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed production plans and schedules for agricultural projects, taking into account factors such as crop cycles, weather conditions, and market demand.
- Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient execution of the production plan.
- Monitor and track progress of projects, identifying any potential delays or issues and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Analyze data and metrics to optimize resource allocation and improve overall productivity.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies for production.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on project status, performance, and key metrics.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in agricultural planning and scheduling.
- Strong understanding of crop cycles, soil management, and agricultural best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with project management software and tools.
- Knowledge of local agricultural regulations and practices in Dubai is a plus.
