We are seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Senior Planner to join our Real Estate team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in urban planning and development, with extensive experience in the Real Estate industry.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and development of Real Estate projects in Abu Dhabi, ensuring compliance with local regulations and guidelines
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to create comprehensive project plans
- Conduct site visits and assessments to determine feasibility and potential for development
- Coordinate with government agencies and local authorities to obtain necessary permits and approvals
- Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget
- Provide expertise and guidance on land use, zoning regulations, and development standards
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize the value of Real Estate assets
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to ensure projects are innovative and competitive in the market

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Real Estate Development, or related field
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in urban planning, with a focus on Real Estate projects
- Strong knowledge of local regulations and guidelines in Abu Dhabi
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of successfully managing Real Estate projects from conception to completion
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, GIS, and other planning software
