We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Operations Manager to join our Real Estate team in Ajman. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our service department, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of service technicians and operations staff
- Develop and implement service strategies to meet company objectives
- Monitor service performance metrics and KPIs to ensure targets are met
- Handle customer escalations and resolve any service-related issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve service delivery
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members
- Develop and implement training programs for service staff to enhance their skills
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all service operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the Real Estate industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven track record of driving operational excellence and continuous improvement
- Knowledge of Real Estate service operations and industry trends
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and service management software
