We are looking for a detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to join our team in Sharjah. The Shipping Clerk will be responsible for coordinating and managing all outgoing shipments of agricultural products, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the shipping process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare shipping documents including invoices, packing lists, and shipping labels
- Coordinate with vendors and carriers to schedule shipments
- Inspect and verify outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies
- Communicate with customers regarding shipment status and delivery updates
- Resolve any shipping discrepancies or issues in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with all shipping regulations and requirements

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Shipping Clerk or in a related role
- Knowledge of shipping procedures and regulations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and shipping software

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in shipping and logistics
