We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Special Education Teacher to join our team in Dubai within the Energy sector. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students who have special needs and have a strong understanding of various learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with special needs
- Provide specialized instruction to meet the unique needs of each student
- Collaborate with other teachers, parents, and support staff to create a supportive learning environment
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field
- Teaching certification in Special Education
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with students with special needs
- Knowledge of assistive technology and adaptive equipment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
