We are seeking a passionate and experienced Sports Coach to join our team in Dubai, focusing on agriculture-related sports activities. The Sports Coach will be responsible for designing and implementing sports programs tailored to the needs of our agricultural community, including both individual and group training sessions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs for individuals and teams participating in agriculture-related sports activities.
- Provide guidance and support to athletes to help them achieve their full potential.
- Organize and supervise practice sessions, drills, and competitions.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of athletes, providing feedback and making adjustments as needed.
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff to ensure a cohesive and effective sports program.
- Promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and positive values among athletes.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sports Coach, preferably in an agriculture-related setting.
- Strong knowledge of agricultural sports and training techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire athletes to reach their goals.
- Valid coaching certification is preferred.
