Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Sports Coach to join our dynamic team in Dubai, focusing on energy sports and activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coaching, a deep understanding of sports science, and a commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive environment for athletes of all levels. You will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs, promoting physical fitness, and enhancing the overall performance of our athletes in various energy-based sports.

Key Responsibilities:

- Training Program Development: Design and execute comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of individual athletes and teams, focusing on strength, endurance, agility, and skill development.

- Performance Assessment: Conduct regular assessments of athletes’ performance to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and adjust training programs accordingly.

- Skill Instruction: Provide expert instruction in various sports techniques and strategies, ensuring athletes understand and implement best practices.

- Team Management: Oversee the organization and management of training sessions and competitions, fostering teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship among athletes.

- Motivation and Support: Inspire and motivate athletes to reach their full potential, offering guidance and support to help them overcome challenges.

- Safety and Well-being: Ensure a safe training environment by adhering to health and safety regulations, providing first aid when necessary, and promoting the overall well-being of athletes.

- Collaboration: Work closely with other coaches, sports scientists, and health professionals to develop holistic training approaches and enhance athlete performance.

- Community Engagement: Represent the organization at community events, promoting sports participation and healthy lifestyles in the local community.

- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in sports coaching, training techniques, and sports science to enhance personal coaching methods.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years and maximum of 8 years of coaching experience in sports, with a focus on energy sports preferred.
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective training programs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with athletes and motivate them effectively.
- Knowledge of sports physiology, nutrition, and injury prevention.
- Certified coaching credentials from recognized sports organizations are a plus.
- Experience working with diverse populations and promoting inclusivity in sports.
