We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our real estate team in Abu Dhabi. The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of the supply chain process in order to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to meet the company's objectives and goals
- Manage and monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained
- Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers to ensure best pricing and terms
- Oversee the transportation and logistics of materials and products to and from various sites
- Work closely with internal teams such as procurement, operations, and finance to streamline processes and improve overall supply chain performance
- Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and cost savings
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to supply chain management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the real estate industry
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and supply chain management software
