We are seeking a qualified and experienced Swim Instructor to join our healthcare facility in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching swimming and promoting water safety, as well as a strong background in health and wellness.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct swim lessons for individuals of all ages and skill levels
- Develop and implement lesson plans to help students progress in their swimming abilities
- Ensure the safety of all swimmers by enforcing pool rules and proper swimming techniques
- Provide feedback and encouragement to students to help them improve their skills
- Maintain a clean and organized swimming area
- Communicate effectively with students and their parents/guardians regarding progress and any concerns
- Stay up-to-date on the latest swimming techniques and safety guidelines

Requirements:
- Certified Swim Instructor
- CPR and First Aid certification
- At least 2 years of experience as a Swim Instructor
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with individuals of all ages and abilities
- Knowledge of swimming techniques and safety protocols
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
