We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Swim Instructor to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The Swim Instructor will be responsible for teaching swimming lessons to individuals of all ages and skill levels. This position is based in the construction industry and requires a strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations related to swimming pools.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct swimming lessons for individuals of all ages and abilities
- Teach proper swimming techniques and water safety skills
- Evaluate students' progress and provide feedback for improvement
- Ensure the safety of all swimmers by enforcing pool rules and regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized swimming area
- Assist with the maintenance and upkeep of swimming equipment and facilities
- Collaborate with other instructors and staff to create a positive and engaging learning environment

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Swim Instructor
- Certified lifeguard and CPR/First Aid certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with individuals of all ages and backgrounds
- Knowledge of swimming techniques and safety protocols
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
