We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Support Specialist to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The Systems Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our systems and applications within the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end users on various systems and applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity
- Install, configure, and maintain systems and applications
- Monitor system performance and ensure optimal functioning
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement system upgrades and enhancements
- Develop and maintain system documentation and user guides
- Conduct training sessions for end users on system functionalities
- Participate in testing and quality assurance activities for new systems and applications

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
