We are seeking a skilled Systems Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The Systems Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to end-users, ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end-users on a variety of IT systems and applications
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with IT team members to implement new systems and upgrades
- Create and maintain documentation on IT systems and procedures
- Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures
- Train end-users on new systems and technologies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- [X] years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, hardware, and software
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
