We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our Retail team in Dubai. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for managing all sales activities within the assigned territory, developing new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with retail partners.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand customer base within the assigned territory
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate sales efforts and provide excellent customer service
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management on a regular basis
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote products and services

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the retail industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
