We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our Healthcare team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth within their assigned territory by developing and implementing strategic sales plans.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, clinics, and other key stakeholders in the healthcare industry within the assigned territory
- Identify new business opportunities and drive sales through consultative selling and relationship building
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and services
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or related field

- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the healthcare market in Dubai and the UAE
