We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Traffic Coordinator to join our dynamic healthcare team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing the flow of traffic within our healthcare facility, ensuring efficient and timely movement of patients, visitors, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement traffic management plans to optimize the flow of vehicles and pedestrians within the healthcare facility
- Coordinate with various departments to schedule and prioritize patient appointments, procedures, and consultations
- Monitor and manage parking facilities to ensure adequate availability for patients, visitors, and staff
- Collaborate with security personnel to maintain a safe and secure environment for all individuals within the facility
- Maintain accurate records of traffic data, including peak hours, parking utilization, and transportation trends
- Provide guidance and assistance to patients and visitors navigating the healthcare facility
- Respond to any traffic-related incidents or emergencies in a timely and efficient manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in traffic management or coordination within a healthcare setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and traffic management software
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
