Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Traffic Coordinator to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The Traffic Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling all traffic activities related to our educational programs and events. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule all traffic activities for educational programs and events
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources
- Monitor and track the progress of traffic activities to ensure deadlines are met
- Communicate with external vendors and suppliers to coordinate logistics
- Handle any issues or delays that may arise during the traffic process
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all traffic activities
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on the status of traffic activities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in traffic coordination or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
