We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transportation Operations Program Manager to join our team in Dubai. As the Transportation Operations Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all transportation operations within our healthcare facility.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement transportation programs and initiatives to ensure efficient and timely transport of patients, staff, and medical supplies.
- Manage and coordinate transportation schedules and routes to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
- Monitor and analyze transportation data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance overall transportation operations.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless coordination of transportation services with patient care activities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with transportation vendors and service providers to ensure high quality and cost-effective services.
- Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations and standards to maintain the safety and security of all passengers and cargo.
- Lead and manage a team of transportation staff, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in transportation operations management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of transportation regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven leadership abilities and experience managing a team.
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends to improve transportation operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and transportation management software.
