We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transportation Operations Program Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and transportation operations, with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement transportation operations programs and strategies to ensure efficient and cost-effective transportation services
- Manage and oversee all aspects of transportation operations, including planning, scheduling, routing, and dispatching
- Monitor and analyze transportation data to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
- Lead and mentor a team of transportation professionals to achieve project goals and objectives
- Prepare and present reports and presentations to senior management and stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in transportation operations, preferably in a construction environment
- Proven experience in project management and program development
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Knowledge of local transportation regulations and standards
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
