We are seeking a highly skilled Transportation Operations Program Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience in the pharmaceutical industry and a strong background in transportation operations management.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement transportation strategies to ensure timely delivery of pharmaceutical products
- Manage transportation vendors and contractors to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Monitor transportation costs and identify opportunities for cost savings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize transportation operations
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations governing transportation of pharmaceutical products
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance transportation efficiency and effectiveness
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on transportation performance metrics
- Manage transportation-related projects and initiatives as assigned

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in transportation operations management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong knowledge of local and international transportation regulations and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of successfully managing transportation operations in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
