We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Underwriter Assistant to join our team in Sharjah, with a focus on the construction industry. The Underwriter Assistant will work closely with the underwriting team to assess and analyze risks associated with construction projects and provide support in the underwriting process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in reviewing and analyzing insurance applications for construction projects
- Conduct research and gather information to assess the risk profile of potential clients
- Assist in preparing quotes, proposals, and policy documentation
- Communicate with clients, brokers, and underwriters to gather necessary information
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of underwriting activities
- Assist in monitoring and managing policy renewals
- Provide administrative support to the underwriting team as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- [Random number] years of experience in underwriting or insurance, preferably in the construction industry
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
