We are seeking a passionate and experienced Voice Coach to join our healthcare team in Dubai. The Voice Coach will be responsible for providing voice training and therapy to patients with voice disorders, as well as working with healthcare professionals to optimize vocal health and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting voice assessments to determine the nature and severity of voice disorders.
- Developing personalized voice therapy plans for patients, incorporating exercises and techniques to improve vocal quality and function.
- Providing individual and group voice coaching sessions to patients, focusing on breath support, vocal projection, resonance, and articulation.
- Collaborating with speech-language pathologists, otolaryngologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care for patients with voice disorders.
- Educating patients on vocal hygiene practices and strategies to prevent voice strain and injury.
- Conducting workshops and training sessions for healthcare professionals on voice care and rehabilitation.
- Keeping detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Vocal Performance, or related field.
- Certification in voice training or therapy is preferred.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience working as a Voice Coach or Speech-Language Pathologist in a healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of voice anatomy and physiology, as well as common voice disorders and treatment approaches.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
