We are seeking a talented and experienced Wedding Coordinator to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a Wedding Coordinator in the Aerospace and Defense industry, you will be responsible for planning and executing weddings and related events for our clients. You will work closely with vendors, clients, and other team members to ensure that each event is executed flawlessly and meets the highest standards of quality and professionalism.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to understand their vision and preferences for their wedding day
- Create and manage detailed budgets for each event, ensuring that all expenses are accounted for and kept within budget
- Research and recommend vendors for various services such as catering, entertainment, decor, and transportation
- Coordinate with vendors to secure contracts, negotiate pricing, and ensure that all services are delivered as promised
- Develop and maintain timelines and schedules for each event, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget
- Oversee all aspects of event setup and breakdown, including coordinating with vendors and staff to ensure that all details are executed flawlessly
- Manage all communication with clients before, during, and after events, ensuring that all questions and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or related field
- [Random number] years of experience in wedding planning or event coordination
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event planning software
