We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Wine Maker Assistant in Dubai. In this role, you will work closely with our experienced wine maker to assist in all aspects of the wine making process.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in grape selection and harvesting
- Monitor fermentation processes
- Conduct laboratory tests to ensure wine quality
- Assist in blending and bottling processes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the winery
- Assist in inventory management and record keeping
- Help with wine tastings and events as needed
- Participate in vineyard maintenance activities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Enology, Viticulture, or related field
- Previous experience in a winery or vineyard setting
- Knowledge of wine making processes and techniques
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects
- Valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in wine making or related field
- Experience with wine making software
- Knowledge of sustainability practices in winemaking
