We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Wine Maker Assistant in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for wine making and a strong background in transportation and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Wine Maker in all aspects of the wine making process, including grape selection, fermentation, blending, and bottling
- Coordinate transportation and logistics for the wine making operation, ensuring timely delivery of supplies and finished products
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, production levels, and shipping schedules
- Monitor quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of wine production
- Assist with general winery maintenance and cleanliness
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the winery

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Viticulture, Enology, Food Science, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in wine making or related field
- Strong knowledge of transportation and logistics processes
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
