We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Wine Maker Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in winemaking and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the head wine maker in all aspects of the winemaking process, including grape selection, crushing, fermentation, blending, and bottling
- Monitor and maintain equipment and facilities to ensure optimal production conditions
- Conduct routine quality control checks on wines at various stages of production
- Assist in the development and implementation of new winemaking techniques and processes
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective production operations
- Maintain accurate records of production activities and inventory levels
- Participate in tasting sessions and provide feedback on wine quality

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Enology, Viticulture, Food Science, or related field
- [X] years of experience in winemaking or a related field
- Strong understanding of winemaking processes and techniques
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
