We are seeking a skilled and experienced Zoning Operations Manager to join our team in Al Ain, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all zoning operations within the aerospace and defense industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all zoning operations to ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Develop and implement zoning strategies to support business objectives and operational needs.
- Coordinate with local authorities and government agencies to obtain necessary permits and approvals for zoning activities.
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with zoning regulations and requirements.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and legal, to address zoning issues and concerns.
- Monitor and analyze zoning trends and changes to anticipate potential impacts on operations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including community members and industry partners.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in zoning operations within the aerospace and defense industry.
- Strong knowledge of zoning regulations and laws in the UAE.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
