We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Zoning Operations Manager to join our team in Al Ain, UAE. The Zoning Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all zoning operations related to agricultural activities in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement zoning regulations and policies to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations
- Manage the zoning approval process for new agricultural projects, including reviewing applications, conducting site visits, and making recommendations
- Coordinate with government agencies, stakeholders, and community members to address zoning issues and concerns
- Conduct research and analysis to identify potential zoning opportunities and constraints for agricultural development
- Monitor zoning compliance and enforcement efforts to ensure adherence to regulations
- Provide guidance and support to staff and stakeholders on zoning matters
- Prepare and present reports, presentations, and recommendations to senior management and government officials
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to zoning and land use planning

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Urban Planning, or related field
- [X] years of experience in zoning operations, land use planning, or related field
- Strong knowledge of zoning laws, regulations, and policies in the UAE
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
