We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Zoning Operations Manager to join our team in Al Ain. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all zoning operations within our healthcare facility, ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement zoning policies and procedures in accordance with local laws and regulations
- Coordinate with government agencies and other stakeholders to obtain necessary zoning permits and approvals
- Monitor and track zoning compliance for all healthcare facilities within the organization
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure adherence to zoning regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any zoning issues or violations
- Provide guidance and support to staff members on zoning related matters
- Stay up-to-date on changes in zoning laws and regulations that may impact healthcare operations
- Prepare and submit reports on zoning compliance to senior management

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Public Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in zoning operations management
- Strong knowledge of zoning laws and regulations in the UAE
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and organized
