We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Air Freight Agent to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction industry and a strong understanding of air freight logistics.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of air freight shipments, including booking flights, preparing documentation, and tracking shipments
- Communicate with clients, airlines, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods
- Handle customs clearance procedures and ensure compliance with all regulations
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the transportation process
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, invoices, and other relevant documentation
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the shipping process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in air freight operations, preferably in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of air freight regulations and procedures
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
