We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audit Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The Audit Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the audit process within our educational institution.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute audits of various departments within the organization to ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Develop audit programs and testing procedures to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls
- Review financial statements and reports to identify any discrepancies or irregularities
- Provide recommendations for improving internal controls and operational efficiency
- Communicate audit findings and recommendations to senior management
- Supervise and mentor audit staff members
- Stay up-to-date on regulatory changes and best practices in the field of auditing

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional certification (e.g. CPA, CIA, CISA) preferred
- [6-8] years of experience in internal or external auditing
- Strong knowledge of audit procedures and techniques
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
