We are seeking a talented Baker to join our team in the Financial Services industry in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking and a creative flair for developing new and innovative baked goods.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare a wide variety of baked goods, including breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts
- Follow recipes and instructions to ensure consistency in product quality
- Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to ensure products are cooked to perfection
- Decorate and present baked goods in an attractive and appealing manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all food safety and hygiene standards
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new recipes and menu items
- Keep track of inventory and place orders for baking supplies as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Baker in a professional kitchen setting
- Knowledge of baking techniques and principles
- Creativity and attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Preferred Qualifications:
- Culinary degree or certification in Baking and Pastry Arts
- Familiarity with baking equipment and tools
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
