We are seeking a highly skilled Benefits Manager to join our team in Dubai. The Benefits Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of employee benefits programs in the transportation and logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive benefits packages that align with the company's strategic goals and objectives
- Manage all aspects of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, leave policies, and wellness programs
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards related to employee benefits
- Monitor and analyze benefit trends and benchmarking data to make recommendations for program improvements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as HR, finance, and legal teams, to ensure the effective implementation of benefits programs
- Provide guidance and support to employees on benefits-related matters, including enrollment, claims, and inquiries
- Oversee the administration of benefits programs, including vendor management and contract negotiations
- Conduct regular audits and evaluations of benefits programs to ensure cost-effectiveness and employee satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in employee benefits

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in benefits management or a similar role, preferably in the transportation and logistics industry
- Strong understanding of local laws and regulations related to employee benefits in Dubai
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software
- Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) designation is a plus
