We are seeking an experienced Benefits Manager to join our team in Dubai. As a Benefits Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing employee benefits programs in line with company policies and industry standards.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive benefits packages, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness programs, and other employee perks
- Analyze market trends and benchmark data to ensure competitive and cost-effective benefits offerings
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as HR, finance, and legal teams, to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations
- Manage relationships with external vendors, such as insurance providers and benefits consultants
- Conduct regular audits and evaluations of benefits programs to ensure effectiveness and employee satisfaction
- Provide guidance and support to employees on benefits-related inquiries and issues
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve benefits offerings

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- [X] years of experience in benefits management or related roles
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
