We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Benefits Manager to join our team in Dubai within the education sector. The Benefits Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of employee benefits programs within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness programs, and other related benefits
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and laws regarding employee benefits
- Conduct research and analysis on industry trends and best practices to ensure competitive and cost-effective benefit offerings
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as HR, finance, and legal departments, to design and administer benefits programs that meet the needs of employees and the organization
- Manage relationships with benefit providers, brokers, and other vendors to negotiate contracts and ensure high-quality services
- Educate employees on benefits offerings and assist with inquiries and issue resolution
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of benefits programs through metrics and feedback from employees
- Stay up-to-date on changes in legislation and regulations related to benefits programs and communicate any updates to relevant stakeholders

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- [X] years of experience in benefits management or a related field
- Strong knowledge of employee benefits programs and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
