Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Benefits Manager to join our team in Dubai. The Benefits Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of employee benefits programs within our manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in benefits administration and a deep understanding of relevant laws and regulations in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives
- Administer and manage employee benefits, including enrollment, claims processing, and compliance
- Evaluate and analyze existing benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and cost-effectiveness
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as HR, finance, and legal departments, to ensure alignment with company goals and policies
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in benefits administration
- Provide support and guidance to employees on benefits-related inquiries and issues
- Prepare and present reports on benefits costs, usage, and effectiveness to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- [Number] years of experience in benefits administration, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations related to benefits
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems
- Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) designation is a plus
