We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Benefits Manager to join our team in Dubai. The Benefits Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all employee benefits programs within the company, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations, as well as industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive benefits strategies and programs that meet the needs of employees and align with the company's overall objectives.
- Manage all aspects of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness programs, and other perks.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of benefits programs, making recommendations for improvements as necessary.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in legislation related to employee benefits, ensuring compliance at all times.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of benefits-related transactions.
- Communicate effectively with employees about their benefits options, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Handle any benefits-related inquiries or issues, working to resolve them in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- [Number] years of experience in benefits management, preferably in the Information Technology industry.
- Strong knowledge of local laws and regulations related to employee benefits in Dubai.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
