We are seeking a skilled Benefits Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a Benefits Manager in the pharmaceutical industry, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all employee benefits programs to ensure competitive and attractive offerings for our workforce.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives
- Evaluate and analyze current benefits offerings to ensure they are in line with industry standards and meet the needs of our diverse workforce
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as HR, Finance, and Legal departments, to ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies
- Negotiate and manage relationships with benefit providers to secure competitive rates and services
- Communicate benefits information to employees, including enrollment processes, plan changes, and available resources
- Track and report on benefits utilization, costs, and employee satisfaction metrics
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices related to employee benefits to continuously improve offerings

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- [Random number] years of experience in benefits management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations in Dubai
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and HRIS systems
